WHAT’S INCLUDED:

• 2 Event Site Visits
• Creating Event Layout(s) (Tented Events, Receptions, Ceremonies, etc.)
• Direct Guidance in Developing Client’s Event Vision, Scheme, and Guest Experience
• Vision Boards and other Highly Visual Aids for Clients and Vendors
• Direct Guidance in Developing Floral Design Plan (whether working with The Flower Carte or another florist of your choosing)
• Direct Guidance + Management of Event Rentals (tents, dance floors, table, chairs, technical equipement, table top items, linens, etc.)
• Direct help searching + securing any additional vendors needed to execute your visual + experiential needs, ie. Lighting, Draping, Hung Greenery, Soft Seating + Furniture Rentals, etc.
• Complimentary Usage of The Flower Carte’s Event Decor Rentals (excluding large escort pieces/boards and lounge furniture).
• General Timeline Guidance – Month of Coordination Add On is available via A La Carte Events for additional fee.
